Kinesiology

Kinesiology is the science of human movement. Kinesiologists at Citadel Physiotherapy are involved in functional assessments of clients to determine their work readiness and ability to return to work. The kinesiologist is also involved in work reconditioning programs and designing and supervising of exercise programs that allow the clients to return to work quickly and safely.

Kinesiologists are also able to provide ergonomic assessments of office and work environments and often liaison with employers to facilitate return to work programs.
